John Visser did a superior job in locating and enabling us to purchase and move into our dream mountain/lake home in less than ONE MONTH!

We called John upon the recommendation of our local ReMax realtor on a Friday as we were driving to Atlanta to “buy our dream home.” He agreed to meet us the next morning. He showed us four houses that met our specifications; he had all of the background information on the houses and could answer all of our questions thus enabling us to put our offers on the houses. He prepared the offers Saturday afternoon and by Monday, he had negotiated the purchase of our number one choice originally listed at over $180,000 for our offer of $149,000!

After the offer was accepted, he recommended an inspector and helped us sift through his extremely extensive report to zero in on what we wanted the sellers to address. He facilitated the agreement to address these issues. Additionally, he went above what you would expect of a realtor and got us the phone numbers of all utility companies and even the current insurance information. He attended the closing and delivered the keys to us so that we could actually drive to Atlanta and move in the same day. Because of John’s expertise, we were able to find, purchase, get all utilities transferred, and move into our dream mountain/lake home in less than ONE MONTH!

In summary, he was “on our side!” He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional and NICE! We have never had such a great experience with a realtor and we know this is not just a “special” experience but the experience anyone can expect with John.

Hi John,
